Pablo is an Associate in the Intellectual Property, Media and Technology practice at Hogan Lovells Madrid, as well as a Spanish Industrial Property Agent.
As a member of the Trademark Prosecution team, he assists both domestic and international clients with trademark filing strategies, portfolio management and trademark prosecution, in particular proceedings before the Spanish Patents and Trademarks Office. Moreover, Pablo provides legal advice to companies on matters concerning trademark infringement, domain name disputes and geographical indications.
Pablo obtained his Double degree in Law and Political Science from the University Autónoma de Madrid in 2015 and obtained his bar qualification and admission in 2017. Pablo holds a University Expert in Intellectual Property also from the University Autónoma de Madrid and is a Spanish Industrial Property Agent (API). Pablo speaks English and Spanish.
