Weronika's professional experience includes advising on various trademark prosecution matters and assisting clients in proceedings before the Patent Office as well as before common and administrative courts.
She advises national and international clients on due diligence studies and intellectual property transactions. Her practice also includes advising in customs seizures of goods violating intellectual property rights. She drafts contracts concerning intellectual property transfers and licensing, conducts trademark searches, and drafts legal opinions.
Weronika is also experienced in advising on all kinds of privacy issues including personal data processing agreements and internal privacy policies, and helping the clients to achieve compliance with European and national data privacy law.
Weronika graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and the British Law Centre for English and European Union Studies.
She has been an advocate since 2020.
