The ADC is the source of accountability for the implementation of the Americas diversity and inclusion strategy and our investment in women, minority, and LGBT+ lawyers.
We are Inclusive. Bold. Distinctive. We're tackling issues related to the recruitment, retention, promotion, and development of our people, including women, minority, and LGBT+ lawyers.
As a firm, we are laser-focused on ensuring that our diverse professionals succeed and feel included and empowered. A strong diversity program is multifaceted. We focus on ensuring that the policies, processes, practices, and programs of the firm follow diversity, equity and inclusion best practices while making sure our diverse lawyers and business team professionals are receiving tangible support they can feel. Dual institutional and individual approaches are what drive the successes and opportunities of our diversity and inclusion initiatives.

We know that what gets measured gets done. We are committed to measuring and tracking our U.S. progress in advancing women, minority, and LGBT+ lawyers. This data helps us to craft best practices which enhance the effectiveness of our diversity efforts in the Americas.
The Allverse conference brings together U.S. minority and LGBT+ lawyers, senior leadership, and clients to galvanize the firm's investment in minority and LGBT+ lawyers, making the Americas DEI strategy visible and tangible.
