Before joining Hogan Lovells, Mark achieved a twenty years experience in IP boutiques. He is familiar with preliminary injunctions and anti-suit injunctions, trials on the merits in IP courts and with proceedings before the Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Italian Court. Whilst dealing mostly with technology and patent matters (with a focus on life science, information technology as well as technology for security and defense), he assists national and international clients in design, copyright, passing off and trademak matters. Author of books and several articles on IP topics, Mark is also adjunct professor of copyright law in Milan catholic University law school.
