Hogan Lovells advises Volkswagen Financial Services on the sale of significant parts of its global financial services business

Dr. Julian Fischer and his team also had a key role in the transaction, advising on regulatory and financing contract issues. 

The framework agreement covers the sale and transfer of rights to provide financial solutions for MAN and Volkswagen Truck & Bus customers. The integration of the business will take place gradually, country by country, with the aim of completing the transition to TRATON Financial Services AB by Q2 2025.

Hogan Lovells advised VWFS with a cross-office team on the structuring of the transaction as well as the drafting and negotiation of the framework agreement and various ancillary agreements.
