He is a State Lawyer (Abogado del Estado) on leave of absence and has extensive experience advising clients in regulatory, contentious and corporate matters in Public and Administrative Law, as well as in the private sector.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, he was working at an important international law firm, where he was working as head of the regulatory practice too.
He graduated in Law at the Complutense University in Madrid and he is recognized by the most prestigious international legal directories including Chambers and Partners, where he is ranked Band 1 in Spain in Energy & Natural Resources.
