Advising AEW Europe on various real estate transactions, portfolio transactions, property management, leases, revitalisations and refinancings as well as ESG audits of various properties.

Advising Hahn Group on the acquisition of various properties, including the Killesberg district centre in Stuttgart, the Edeka centre in Krefeld and a discount store portfolio in a forward deal.

Advising AIK (APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH) on the sale of various (partly international) portfolios (Duedeni, Eleven, G-Pec).

Advising several real estate and project development companies on real estate developments.
