Exyte's previous sole (indirect) owner Georg Stumpf will remain the majority shareholder of the Group, which offers a full range of services from consulting to turnkey solutions in markets such as semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and data centers. The closing of the transaction will occur upon receipt of the required regulatory approvals.
