Led by Munich partner Dr Thomas Freund, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Pictet Asset Management’s European Direct Lending strategy ("Pictet") on a corporate financing for SYNCPILOT Group.

The Bavarian software developer SYNCPILOT Group offers digital industry solutions and products for sales and customer relationship management. The financing provided by Pictet is intended to support targeted investments in the further growth of the SYNCPILOT Group.

Hogan Lovells advised Pictet comprehensively on all legal aspects of the financing. The team led by Munich partner Thomas Freund regularly accompanies lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions.
