Hogan Lovells advises BNP Paribas on ABS financing of online used car retailer Cazoo

Led by partners Dietmar Helms (Frankfurt) and David Palmer (London), international law firm Hogan Lovells has advised BNP Paribas as sole arranger on the €50 million ABS financing of online used car retailer Cazoo for its businesses in Germany and France.
The facility has been designed to increase funding requirements in line with the company's growth and to be able to add further markets in the future. The funding will enable Cazoo to accelerate the expansion of its online used car platform in Europe.
Cazoo was founded in the UK in 2018 and has since expanded its team to over 4,000 employees across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal, making it one of the fastest growing companies in Europe.
