Milan, 26 September 2024 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. in the investment in Mela Works S.r.l., Italian startup which provides digital services and applications for construction and maintenance operators, through its "Corporate Partners I"- InfraTech segment and ‘MiSE Co-Investment Fund’ funds.
CDP Venture Capital continues its investment strategy in venture capital to support Italian start-ups and innovative SMEs, which will be at the centre of Italy's economic and technological development.
The team that advised on the transaction was led by counsel Pierluigi Feliciani with support from senior associate Andrea Foglia. Senior associate Fabrizio Grillo and associate Giulia Maccioni advised on employment law aspects, counsel Maria Luce Piattelli and Annalisa Aurilio advised on intellectual property aspects, and senior associate Valerio Natale advised on privacy aspects.
