Since 2014, Andrea has provided legal assistance to domestic and international clients in all phases of cross-border transactions, from due diligence to completion, and beyond, dealing also with post-completion integration, reorganizations and the handling of claims arising from the deal implementation. Andrea has also gained a solid experience in supporting clients through corporate governance matters, preparing corporate compliance structures and in establishing their business operations in Italy.

Andrea has experience advising clients operating in several industries, in particular in the sectors of energy and pharmaceutical and life sciences. Andrea was admitted in 2016 as an Italian lawyer (Avvocato) and as a member of the Bar association of Rome.

Advising Kuwait Petroleum International affiliates on their acquisition of Shell's downstream businesses in Italy.
Assisting Vodafone on its public takeover of Cobra Automotive Technologies S.p.A., a main provider of telematics insurance and vehicle tracking systems.
Advising pharmaceutical and technology companies in the star-up phase of their business and in the adoption of the "Decree 231 organization and control model".
