Katherine Lynn assists clients in navigating complex restructuring issues. She is a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve the best results for clients.
In law school, Katherine gained valuable lawyering experience through internships with the Environmental Protection Agency and US Trustee's Office. As a member of the George Washington Journal of Energy and Environment Law, Katherine sharpened her writing and editing skills. Her note, about the growth of offshore wind, was published in Winter 2021.
Prior to attending law school, Katherine was a litigation paralegal at a large law firm, where she led a paralegal team through a multi-district litigation in federal court.
Representative experience
Advising U.S. Bank as trustee in connection with the multi-billion dollar restructurings of Puerto Rico's indebtedness, involving over US$10bn face amount of bonds.
