Faustine also advises in sensitive matters involving criminal risks (involuntary serious injuries, obstruction, undeclared work, health and safety breaches), reputational risks (discrimination, harassment, ethical alert) and social risks (conflict with employee representatives and unions).
As part of her activity, she represents corporate clients before various jurisdictions: Labor Courts, Administrative Tribunals, Criminal Tribunals, Civil Tribunals, etc.
Before joining the firm in 2016, Faustine worked for three years in another major international law firm, where she advised and assisted French and foreign companies on labour law related matters.
