Area of focus

Pensions Litigation

Part of one of the world's strongest dispute resolution practices, we work for trustees, corporates, and public sector bodies.

We draw on our broad experience, industry knowledge, and long-standing focus in this area to simplify and resolve what are often complex disputes.

The issues at stake are always significant for our clients, and the sums involved can be extremely large. Many of our cases are high-profile, but just as many never become public, being successfully resolved at an early stage.
