Sebastian Eisenberger advises national and international clients on all aspects of IT law, as well as European and German data protection law. 

Sebastian specialises in data privacy compliance issues, including the setup of data protection management systems, advice on international data transfers, and contracts in the fields of IT- and data protection law. He also represents companies in data protection disputes before the German courts. 

Before joining us, Sebastian studied at the University of Bayreuth and focussed on Intellectual Property Law, Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law. He completed a supplementary education in economics with the degree Wirtschaftsjurist (Univ. Bayreuth). During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich he worked for a leading global automotive group.

Representative experience

Advising an international company in the fields of SaaS data room solutions in the field of corporate governance on the implementation of a data protection management system.

Advising a wordwide automotive group on international transfers of personal data to third countries, including the on the documentation of transfer impact assessments for various jurisdictions.

Advising a global pharmaceutical company on data protection law issues, including website compliance and social media.
