Kenneth is a technology and privacy lawyer who advises banks and insurance entities, as well as clients in the consumer and luxury goods, media and entertainment and telecoms sectors on data privacy, IT / technology outsourcing contracts, telecommunications licensing and regulation, as well as internet regulatory, e-commerce, general commercial, consumer protection and intellectual property issues. His most recent focus has been on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts, cloud and blockchain services, telecommunication services, Internet-of-things (IoT) such as connected cars, issues relating to unsolicited electronic messages and electronic signatures, and assisting Hong Kong-based clients and employers with data privacy compliance.
