Complex corporate transactions by investors are her main focus. Alexandra supports clients throughout the entire portfolio lifecycle up to an exit, including company formations, shareholder agreements, management participation programs, add-on acquisitions and W&I insurances. She is particularly specialized in the areas of real estate/hospitality, life science, consumer goods, services and industrial companies.
Alexandra studied law at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and at the University Milan. She completed her legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main and the London office of Hogan Lovells. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Alexandra worked for another leading international law firm in Frankfurt am Main as an associate.
