Ina Brock advises clients on how to stay in control of the most complex cross border litigation and crisis communication matters. She has successfully defended her clients in more than 500 German court cases on all levels. She has won cases in the German Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice. Additionally, Ina has navigated clients through the coordination of more than 60,000 claims in class actions and group litigation cases in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Ina is a European life sciences market leader and advises pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the areas of product liability and product compliance across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. As clinical trial and insurance claims arise, clients turn to Ina for her holistic advice. Through her extensive public relations experience, she understands how to protect a company's reputation in legal disputes. She advises clients on COVID-19 vaccines and therapeutics. In addition, she currently coordinates the worldwide defense of the largest product liability case in the medical sector, the PIP breast implant litigation. Ina works with clients to help them understand their shifting risk landscape, as technology disrupts their industries, and helps them to ensure they're maximizing the use of technology to mitigate those risks.
