Brad joins from Morgan Lewis where he was a prominent cross-border deal maker and led its Japan capital markets practice. With a deep affinity for Japanese culture, Brad has extensive experience advising US, Japanese, and other Asian clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He is also one of the preeminent advisors to J-REITs and listed Japanese infrastructure funds.
