As an associate in our international private equity practice in London, Lily advises clients on a broad range of complex transactional and advisory matters, including private equity and private mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Lily has a particular focus on co-investments, secondaries and GP-led transactions. She has represented private equity houses, institutional investors and corporates across a range of sectors.

During her career, Lily was seconded to our Dubai office, where she advised on local and cross-border transactional work. 

Representative experience

Advised Oaktree Capital Management on its sale of Saloro S.L.U., one of the leading European tungsten mines located in Spain, to Australian ASX-listed miner, EQ Resources Limited (EQR). 

A European pension fund on the disposal of a portfolio of interests to several secondary buyers.

A UK pension fund on the disposal of a portfolio of interests to several secondary buyers.

Advised Pantheon Ventures on numerous secondaries acquisitions and disposals of LP interests

Advised Pantheon on a €108.8 million credit secondaries transaction with Eurazeo, involving the establishment of a fund continuation vehicle and the provision of liquidity to Eurazeo’s investors.

Advised CBPE Capital on its leveraged buyout of Aquaspersions, a specialist chemicals manufacturer based in the UK and Malaysia, from the founding shareholders.*

Acted for CBPE Capital on its acquisition of Compre Group from Milestone Capital and management.*

Advised GHO Capital and FairJourney Biologics on the combination of FairJourney Biologics with Iontas Limited.*

Advised West Midlands Pension Fund on the disposal of fund interests to Lexington Partners.
