Tyler has helped defend clients in the health care industry with qui tam litigation involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law. He has experience with securities matters, working with companies facing both SEC investigations and shareholder litigation. Tyler has also assisted clients with criminal and civil actions brought by the DOJ. He has significant experience in various stages of complex litigation, including discovery disputes, fact and expert witness depositions, and drafting dispositive motions.
Tyler has maintained an active pro bono practice and secured a grant of asylum for a client who fled her home country after being repeatedly threatened because of her gender identity.
In law school, Tyler served as Competition Editor on the NYU School of Law Moot Court Board and won the 2019 Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition.
