Tom is an associate working in the social enterprise practice at Hogan Lovells. Tom provides legal advice and support to social enterprises, mission-led businesses and impact organisations.
Tom trained at Hogan Lovells and qualified as an associate into the Pensions team in 2018, where he advised large pension schemes and corporates on a variety of issues, including the implementation of ESG policies.
Since joining the social enterprise team Tom has advised numerous social enterprises and charities on their corporate governance and a variety of commercial issues. Tom has also coordinated the provision of legal advice and support for the firm’s social enterprise clients, and worked with both corporate and social enterprise client partners to develop and facilitate the global HL BaSE program.
