Andreas von Falck is part of our global Patent Litigation practice. Andreas has advised many of the world's leading companies in patent litigation in Germany and has had conduct of a vast number of cross border proceedings including all parts of Europe. In addition, he has had a number of remarkable wins in validity appeals before the German Federal Supreme Court.
