Trent Sterneck is a litigator and advisor who helps clients tackle complex legal challenges. He has extensive experience assisting clients engaged in class action litigation and other disputes—including MDLs, State Attorneys General actions, and appeals.
Government experience equips Trent with a broad skillset to help clients respond to various legal issues. As a former senior staffer to a U.S. Senator, Trent assisted with judiciary issues, Congressional oversight of federal agencies, and appropriations for the U.S. Department of Justice and the federal courts. Trent also served as a law clerk for Judge Daniel D. Crabtree in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
Trent is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as an editorial board member for the Virginia Law & Business Review and litigated federal appeals as a member of UVA’s Appellate Litigation Clinic.
