Simon Ingenbleek advises and represents national and international clients in complex commercial disputes. His main areas of expertise are competition and contractual litigations with German and cross-border implications.

Simon Ingenbleek specialised in competition law and the field of litigation already in his studies. Since 2012, he has worked for a leading German litigation boutique for several years. During his legal clerkship, he deepened this focus and has been part of our Munich litigation team since 2018. Simon Ingenbleek advises clients not only during a court dispute, but also in the pre-litigation phase and in settlement negotiations. He is interested in economic interrelationships and understands his clients' industries. He works with economic experts and attorneys at the Federal Supreme Court on a regular basis.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Simon Ingenbleek leads one of our Responsible Business projects and acts as a mentor and point of contact for the Refugee Law Clinic Munich.
