Scott Haiber has spent the past 30 years representing clients in their most complex litigation matters. Although he has broad experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation areas, he has focused his practice on corporate governance and products liability.

Scott represents corporations, REITs, directors, and officers in shareholder class and derivative litigation, including litigation involving M&A claims and federal securities claims. He also represents clients at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts, and in commercial litigation. A member of both the Delaware and the Maryland Bar, Scott counsels management, and boards of directors on corporate governance and fiduciary duty issues.

Scott helps clients defend products liability claims, with a particular focus on the health care industry. His work in that industry is centered on cutting-edge and complex issues in litigation involving medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical corporations.
