Sarah Zucht advises on regulatory and commercial matters of our clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
Her work focuses on regulatory advice in pharmaceutical and medical device law, on the advice on health care advertising matters, in particular regarding promotional materials and commercial operations, and also regarding compliance issues in cooperation with health care professionals and patient organizations. Sarah also regularly reviews the marketing materials of our national and international clients.
Already in her studies, Sarah focused on medical law. During her studies and after her first state exam she already had been working for our Life Sciences team in Munich.
During her legal clerkship, she worked in a law firm in Munich specializing in medical law.

Comprehensive preparation of compliance policies for national and international pharmaceutical companies.
Advising international pharmaceutical and medical device companies on regulatory and advertising law aspects and also on compliance considerations, inter alia with regard to interactions with HCPs.
Legal advice on the approval of national identical applications for already approved medicinal products.
Advising a medical device company on special access for medical devices.
