The new Biodiversity Net Gain regime comes into force in February 2024 and should be front of mind for those in the development industry. Our Planning team has prepared a Real Estate Horizons video, a one page summary, and a flowchart to help you to navigate the new BNG regime. While the new regime will be another hurdle for developers to overcome, it could present an opportunity for others, including some landowners.
