The year 2024 will be a key year for aerospace companies operating in Italy. Positioned within the scope of the 2024-2026 Italian budget maneuver, a significant piece of legislation addressing space policies and supporting the space industry, is currently in draft form (“Space Law”). The draft bill approved by the Italian Government on 20 June 2024 is expected to be presented shortly to the Italian Parliament and hopefully to become law by October 2024.
