Mansfield Certification Plus, created by Diversity Lab, recognizes efforts to increase representation of minority lawyers – based on ethnicity, sexuality, gender identification, and disability - in law firm leadership. To achieve Mansfield Certification Plus, the firm submitted measurement, transparency, and accountability mechanisms and metrics. The Certification Plus indicates that, in addition to meeting or exceeding the baseline requirements, the firm has successfully achieved at least 30% underrepresented lawyer representation in current leadership roles.
