Hogan Lovells wins further recognition of DEI efforts with Mansfield Certification Plus in U.S. and UK
Washington, D.C., London, 11 October 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has again achieved Mansfield Certification Plus in both the U.S. and UK in recognition of its work on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This is the fifth consecutive year the firm has been awarded this status in the U.S., and the second in the UK, where last year Hogan Lovells participated in the inaugural pilot.

Mansfield Certification Plus, created by Diversity Lab, recognizes efforts to increase representation of minority lawyers – based on ethnicity, sexuality, gender identification, and disability - in law firm leadership. To achieve Mansfield Certification Plus, the firm submitted measurement, transparency, and accountability mechanisms and metrics. The Certification Plus indicates that, in addition to meeting or exceeding the baseline requirements, the firm has successfully achieved at least 30% underrepresented lawyer representation in current leadership roles.
