Hogan Lovells shows continued excellence in Mexico with strong showing in Chambers Latin America rankings
Mexico City, Monterrey, 23 August 2024 – Lawyers from Hogan Lovells’ Mexico offices have been recognized by Chambers Latin America rankings, with 16 individual lawyers climbing in the rankings and five practice areas achieving the same distinction, three of which in the Latin America Guide, one in the Global Guide and one more in the FinTech Guide.
Hogan Lovells has strong links to Latin America – CEO Miguel Zaldivar was raised in Venezuela - and we continue to provide high quality legal services to clients throughout Latin America from offices outside the region, including in Washington D.C., New York, Miami, Madrid, and São Paulo (listed separately under Chambers Brazil).
Overall, our Mexico offices saw 35 individual lawyers achieve ranking across 17 practices. Of those, five were ranked in the highest category, Band 1. Mexico City Office Managing Partner Luis Omar Guerrero Rodríguez achieved Band 1 ranking in two practice areas and was recognized as Eminent Practitioner in one more, while fellow partner Luis Enrique Graham was selected in Band 1 for one practice area. Both are members of our Global Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment practice group.
Among practice areas, our Mexico offices achieved Band 1 status in three categories: for Corporate/M&A: Highly Regarded; for Dispute Resolution: Arbitration; and for Dispute Resolution: Civil & Commercial Litigation. Each of these practice areas were dually ranked in Band 1 in Chambers for Global and Latin America.
