Hogan Lovells represents Major League Pickleball (MLP) in Merger with PPA Tour

Partners Steve Argeris and Jon Talotta led the Hogan Lovells team in advising MLP on the completion of a merger with Carvana PPA Tour, the leading professional pickleball organizations. This consolidation of the two entities is backed by a $US75 million investment.
