Hogan Lovells 2024 Election Impact and Congressional Outlook Report
Financial News’ annual list recognises the very best and brightest women in European finance with the ability to navigate everything from inflation and rising interest rates to revolutions in technology and geopolitics.
From 2017 to 2020 Rachel has been recognised as one of the ‘100 Most Influential Women in Finance’ and ‘20 most influential lawyers in Europe 2021’ by Financial News.
Rachel has been recognised for her recent appointment by HM Treasury to Chair the Investment Research Review (IRR) to promote better equity research aimed at promoting London as a boost to capital markets and a more favourable listing location. Rachel's significant contribution to the Kalifa report, which outlined the future of the UK’s FinTech industry was also highlighted.

Earlier this year, Rachel was also named Most Innovative Practitioner in The Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe 2023 for her role in shaping debate and influencing government and policy makers on the UK's post-Brexit financial services industry.
