Hogan Lovells hosting fireside chat with global nonprofit partner, WaterAid
New York, Washington, D.C., 4 November 2024 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells will be hosting a fireside chat featuring WaterAid’s Managing Director of Partnerships, Sarah Dobsevage. The event will take place on 14 November in our New York office, hosted by partner James Bernard.
The goal of the event is to explore the vital work of WaterAid and how the firm’s partnership with the organization help support their overall mission including our dedicated project in Mozambique.
WaterAid is a nonprofit organization committed to providing sustainable and safe water, sanitation, and hygiene to all. Since its launch in 1981, WaterAid has reached over 28 million people across the globe with clean water by investing in local communities and advocating for supportive policies that supports delivering universal, sustainable, and safe Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH). Improved access to WASH aids gender equality, education, economic growth, poverty reduction, health and more. The organization operates in 27 countries.

Hogan Lovells continues to make a meaningful impact through its partnership with WaterAid. The firm offers pro bono legal support, volunteer efforts, and fundraising initiatives that go towards aiding in the development of climate-resilient water, sanitation and hygiene services, as well as community-centered initiatives across five healthcare centers in the Cuamba District of Mozambique, one of the most climate-impacted countries in the world.
