Mauro’s practice focuses on a broad range of banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, debt restructuring, debt capital markets, restructuring and corporate reorganization. Most of his transactions have a cross-border element. His clients include large corporates, banks, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and their financial advisors.
