Hogan Lovells advises ID Logistics on its acquisition of Kane Logistics in the US

ID Logistics, a European leader in contract logistics, announces the signature of an agreement to acquire 100% of Kane Logistics, an American pure player in contract logistics and value-added warehousing services founded in the US in 1930 by the Kane family.

This acquisition, which is one of the most important external growth operations in ID Logistics' history, will enable the company to continue its development in the United States by strengthening its know-how, particularly with industrial consumer customers.

After the closing of the transaction, the Kane Logistics team will remain with the company.
