The portfolio comprises two existing properties for full-time care in Lower Saxony with a total area of 7,100 square meters and a total of 168 beds. Operator of both of the properties is the Peter Janssen Seniorenresidenzen GmbH, which belongs to Orpea Deutschland GmbH.
