Hogan Lovells advises Aareon AG on the acquisition of all shares in Locoia GmbH
Frankfurt, 09 February 2023 – Led by Frankfurt-based counsel Maximilian Broermann, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Aareon AG ("Aareon") on the acquisition of all shares in Locoia GmbH ("Locoia").
German technology company Aareon is the leading provider of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solutions for the European property industry. With the acquisition of Locoia, an innovative low-code automation and data platform, Aareon opens up new opportunities for its more than 7,000 clients with a combined total of more than 14 million managed units to drive their commercial success. The acquisition gives Locoia's clients, particularly PropTechs, access to the leading real estate providers in Europe.
