Hogan Lovells advises Aira Home on €200 million debt financing for its heat pump business
Led by Frankfurt partner Dr Dietmar Helms, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Swedish start-up Aira Home on a €200 million debt financing facility from BNP Paribas for its heat pump business.
Clean energy tech company Aira Home, founded 2022 in Stockholm, successfully secures a financing commitment in its first year of market entry in Germany and creates a new asset class for the securitization of heat pumps with BNP Paribas. The loan commitment will allow Aira Home to accelerate the adoption of heat pumps in German households and enable clean, affordable energy solutions for private households.
Hogan Lovells provided comprehensive legal advice to Aira Home on the entire securitization process as well as the set-up and refinancing of its heat pump sales financing platform.
