SMG Technology Acceleration SE, a Luxembourg special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), is targeting a business combination with a company in the European technology sector, with a focus on additive manufacturing/3D printing, software as a service (SaaS), and digital infrastructure/blockchain-based technologies.
Trading of the Company's shares has commenced on October 31, 2023 on Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
