Hogan Lovells assists ID Logistics regarding the acquisition of Colisweb
Hogan Lovells has advised ID Logistics on the acquisition of 100% of Colisweb, the French last mile delivery specialist.
ID Logistics is an international contract logistics group with over 340 sites in 17 countries. The Group had a turnover of €1,643 million in 2020 and employs 21,500 people.
The acquisition of Colisweb enables ID Logistics to expand its offer to distributors and e-retailers as well as delivery to private individuals, thanks to the acquisition of a unique software solution on the market, while Colisweb is moving towards new development paths in France and Europe.
Colisweb will remain an autonomous entity within the group with its own management team.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by Jean-Marc Franceschi (partner) and Arnaud Deparday (counsel) on transactional aspects, Eric Paroche (partner) and Victor Levy (senior associate) on competition law in Paris and Raphael Fleischer (senior associate) in Brussels.
