Hogan Lovells advises the buyers on acquisition of €800 million Austrian telecommunications business

22 August 2024 – Global law firms Hogan Lovells and Schoenherr have advised a consortium of Vauban Infrastructure Partners (acting through Core Infrastructure Fund IV SCSp and Core Infrastructure Fund IV SCA SICAV RAIF); EDF Invest and MEAG on their €803m acquisition of OnTower Austria, the largest independent TowerCo in Austria. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

OnTower Austria owns and operates around 4,600 ground and rooftop telecommunications towers, providing mobile coverage to businesses and communities across the country.
