Hogan Lovells advises Sysmex on sale of a minority stake of Dasit S.p.A. to Dasit Group S.p.A.

The Sysmex Group is a world-leading manufacturer and supplier of medical devices headquartered in Japan. Dasit S.p.A. is a company active in Italy in the supply and implementation of instrumental and organizational solutions for analysis laboratories.
