Hogan Lovells advises PATRIZIA on sale of R34 office building

R34 (also known as BTA Office Center) is a five-storey modern office building offering tenants more than 6,000 sq.m. of office space, as well as 83 above-ground and 20 underground parking spaces. The building is located in Warsaw at 34 Rzymowskiego Street, the business center of the Mokotów district.

The Hogan Lovells team consisted of Warsaw-based Tax partner Andrzej Dębiec and counsel Zbigniew Marczyk.

This is another real estate transaction concluded by PATRIZIA in the Polish real estate market where the firm has advised on tax aspects.
