A fully integrated London and German based team at Hogan Lovells has acted for LetterOne (a Wintershall Dea shareholder) in relation to Harbour Energy’s $11.2bn acquisition of Wintershall Dea assets.
In particular, the team advised LetterOne on German law and restructuring matters in respect of the transaction.
