Hogan Lovells advises Labcorp on US$575 million acquisition of Personal Genome Diagnostics
Washington, D.C., 27 December, 2021 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells served as lead transaction counsel for Labcorp, a leading life sciences company, in its acquisition of Personal Genome Diagnostics Inc., a provider of comprehensive liquid biopsy and tissue-based genomic products and services.
