Hogan Lovells advises LabCorp in US$1 billion senior notes offering

New York, 1 June 2021 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells represented leading global life sciences company LabCorp in a US$1 billion SEC-registered senior notes offering that closed on May 26. The offering consisted of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 1.550% Senior Notes due 2026 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.700% Senior Notes due 2031.
LabCorp expects to use the net proceeds of the offering to redeem, prior to maturity, its outstanding 3.20% Senior Notes due Feb. 1, 2022 and 3.75% Senior Notes due Aug. 23, 2022.
