Hogan Lovells advises Invesco Real Estate on the sale of Time Building to Fabrica Immobiliare SGR

The asset, built in the 1930s and known to have been the historic headquarters of AFL Falck, Siemens and the Regional Council of Lombardy, is strategically located in Milan's Porta Nuova district, location of several Italian and international companies.
