Hogan Lovells advises Invesco Real Estate on its acquisition of NH Collection Milano CityLife

Milan, 11 January 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager, on its acquisition of the NH Collection Milano CityLife hotel from IGEFI Group, one of the leading real estate developers in Italy.

The new NH Collection is an upper upscale brand of the NH Hotels Group which is located in the CityLife area. The project includes a total renovation of the district and the architectural and functional enhancement of the former Cristo Re Church, transformed and redesigned in a modern version, preserving many of the original features of the old building.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Marco Rota Candiani with support from senior associate Alberto Carrara and trainee Luca Turchini. Counsel Maria Deledda advised on the urban planning, construction and environmental aspects of the deal.
